Cancellation Policy
Please review the following terms before booking. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made by phone.
Full Refund
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup to receive a full refund.
Booking Credit
You will receive credit toward a future PolarGleam booking. The credit is valid for one month from the cancellation date.
No Refund or Credit
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are not eligible for a refund or booking credit.
Weather and Road Conditions
PolarGleam operates in nearly all Fairbanks weather conditions, including snow and extreme cold. We cancel only when road conditions are unsafe. If PolarGleam cancels your trip, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Independent Operation
PolarGleam operates independently of local tour companies, hotels, attractions, and other tour operators. A closure or cancellation by another business does not cancel your PolarGleam reservation. Your shuttle remains scheduled unless PolarGleam contacts you directly.
No-Shows
Customers who do not arrive for their scheduled pickup will be charged the full booking amount.
